"5th Anniversary of Hot Press" - july 18, 1982. Members of U2 play alongside Rory Gallagher, Philip Lynott, Paul Brady and other leading Irish rock'n'rollers at a festival in Punchestown Racecourse, Dublin, organized by Hot Press to celebrate the magazine's fifth anniversary. Bono is joined on stage by soon wife-to-be Alison Stewart, and pulls Dublin-based DJ B.P. Fallon on stage during "11 O'Clock Tick Tock" for a quick duet of John Lennon's "Give Peace a Chance".

"The joshua Tree" tour - july 18, 1987. U2 perform in Montpellier, France at the Espace Richter. During "Party Girl" a fan is invited on stage to sing a few lines. Support is "World Party", "UB40" and "The Pretenders".

"ZOOTV-Zooropa" tour - july 18, 1993 - U2 perform in Bologna, Italy at Stadio Comunale.

"POPMart" tour - july 18, 1997. U2 perform in Rotterdam. U2 opens the European leg of the PopMart Tour with the first of two shows at Feyenoord Stadium in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 30 minutes of the show is aired live over the Internet from U2's official website and the same 30 minutes airs on MTV Europe. "Please", "Where the Streets Have No Name", and "Staring at the Sun" would later appear on the POPHeart live EP. Edge´s karaoke this night is "I Love You Love".

"Elevation" tour - july 18, 2001 / Paris, France - Bercy - Stereophonics. Wild Honey makes its second appearance of the tour, first in Europe. Edge wears this night, red shirt #3.

48th 'VERTIGO' show - july 18, 2005 - Zurich, Switzerland - Letzigrund Stadium - Feeder, Ash. Thunderstorms and rain / Swiss pharmacy / "Miss Sarajevo"...here she comes / a girl on stage during "All I Want Is You." Miss Sarajevo makes another appearance tonight after Bullet the Blue Sky. Yahweh is dedicated to the late French artist Balthus who lived in SwitzerlandThunderstorms and rain / Swiss pharmacy! Thunderstorms and rain hit the stadium, but it stops when U2 go on stage. Bono and The Edge are onto the B-stages during the second song. There's a girl on stage during AIWIY. Bono says Swiss pharmacy companies should distribute their drugs fairly and not just maximse their profits, before Miracle Drug.
